About Me

Hi, I’m Brandon Cominsky, a communication professional with a passion for storytelling, data-driven content, and multimedia production. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Communication at the University of Central Florida, I focus on mass media studies and communication research. As an Honors College graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s in Communication, I have a strong academic background and a deep interest in how media shapes and influences audiences.

In my current role as a Sideline Reporter for ESPN+, I cover live UCF Division I athletics, delivering engaging broadcasts and interviews that connect with viewers. I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and am proud to have contributed to a 12% increase in post-game views and a 15% boost in overall viewer engagement through sideline segments. Additionally, I work as a Space and STEM Journalist for TLP Network, where I produce in-depth articles on complex scientific topics, transforming technical details into compelling, accessible narratives.

My previous experiences have ranged from producing podcasts for NASA—helping increase listener downloads by 20%—to interning at Glasse Factory, where I developed interactive storytelling techniques and managed editorial teams remotely. My skills in audio and video production, content strategy, and data analysis allow me to craft stories that resonate and engage audiences across platforms.

I also have leadership experience from my time as a Team Manager for UCF’s Division I athletics and as a Resident Assistant at FGCU, where I cultivated community engagement and fostered relationships within a diverse student body.

If you’re looking for someone who can seamlessly blend creative storytelling with strategic communication and data analysis, I’d love to connect and explore potential opportunities.
